Harkening back to my childhood, I climbed my grandma's mimosa tree and played with the flowers. I called it the fairy tree. My childhood and my grandma are both gone but not forgotten. Washi Tape is the perfect medium for my art, as its ephemeral nature embraces the truth that nothing is permanent.
